I currently work at Microsoft working at the intersection of HPC, AI/ML, and cloud (Azure) on AI Supercompters / GPU clusters.

I previously worked at Axiom Data Science as a Computational Scientist working on data management, visualization, and analysis, researching and applying oil spill risk assessments, developing workload optimizations, developing predictive models using statistical and machine learning methods, running quasi-production sea ice models, and building and running on-prem compute and storage clusters.

I’ve also written a dissertation on sediment dynamics, estuarine physics, and the aquatic light environment of the Columbia River estuary, taught intro to computer science for engineering undergrads, taught middle and high school math as a member of AmeriCorps, fixed arcade video games, tested multimode lasers, and studied history.
